STYLE-IDENTITIES, PRE-CONSTRUCTED IDENTITIES, REACTION TO OPPRESSION, PSEUDO-INDIVIDUALITY, FABULOUSNESS, UTILITARIAN, FASHION POLITICS, NEW CODES, LINKING TO BREAKING THE NORMATIVE BARRIERS BETWEEN THE POLITICS OF APPEARANCE.
THROUGHOUT MY MAIN IMAGE-ANALYSIS, I WILL BE DISCUSSING NEW FORMS OF IDENTITIES WITHIN THE STREET-STYLE CULTURE AND READY-TO-WEAR ATTIRE SCENE. IN ADDITION, THE SUPPORTING IMAGES I WILL BE ADDRESSING CARRY SIMILAR IDEA’S SUCH AS PILATI’S GENDERLESS COLLECTION RANDOM IDENTITIES.
THESE IMAGES ARE A HYBRID BETWEEN STYLE, AND ACTIVISM BY FORMING AN ‘AEFFECT’ TO STREET PHOTOGRAPHERS AND THE PUBLIC-EYE THROUGH DIRECTIONAL FASHION.
